Praising God!

While driving home from work today, the sky was dark with the threat of rain, except for one little area where you could tell the sun was just trying to burst out from behind the clouds. The clouds seemed to be in the formation of a stairway.....right up to heaven! As I saw that, "It Is Well With My Soul" was playing on my cd player. I was reminded in that moment that no matter how dark things may seem to be around us, there is always light. God is always right there.....we just have to see Him shine in the midst of the darkness that is all around us. I have been stressed about many things lately, but such a feeling of peace came over me in that moment driving home today. Praise God for all His goodness to us!!!!

How lovely that moment must have been....Thank you for sharing that experience.  Too many people pass up an oppotunity to praise God in the "simple" things such as a song playing at the exact time that the clouds send us a message of hope and security.
